Reminder: BCR Mixer tonight, and 20/10 contributions

Two quick pieces of blog housekeeping:

First, a reminder that tonight is BCR Mixer night at The Republic on West Main Street downtown. Come meet your fellow readers and have a chance to check out the new bar/lounge at Five Points. Click the flyer ad at right for more details.

Second: I'm working away through a list of the top 20 stories of the decade for BCR's "20/10" series, coming December 28 and highlighting those stories (discrete or thematic) since 2000 that are most impactful on Durham's present and future. Email me your thoughts and help shape this end-of-decade remembrance.
