Old Bull Auction Canceled -- Again: The Old Bull building staved off another foreclosure auction, meeting another lien deadline. Man, what great publicity this is for American Tobacco Campus, having their financially-strapped one-time partner keep making headlines for their financial travails. Of course, I'm totally kidding. (Herald-Sun)
Bulls' Montoyo, Coaches Return: The entire Bulls coaching staff returns in the 2010 season, including team manager Charlie Montoyo, who won two coaching of the year awards this year after leading the Bulls to the IL and national championships. Montoyo is the fifth-winningest coach in Bulls history. (Herald-Sun)
Latino Community Credit Union Moves HQ: Durham-based Latino Community Credit Union is moving its headquarters from Main St. to 100 Morgan St. at the corner of Mangum, bringing more parking to the downtown credit union -- also adding its ninth branch (Carrboro) in 2010. (N&O)
RDU Gets More Flights: Southwest is adding flights to Baltimore (its seventh daily), Chicago Midway (four daily), and new non-stop service to St. Louis in the spring. (N&O)
Anyone know what might happen to the space on Main St the Latino Community Credit Union is vacating?
