BREAKING: West Village residents and tenants in the Cobb, O'Brien, and Old Cigarette Factory buildings are being told to evacuate immediately. A gas line was apparently struck on Main St. (likely as part of the streetscape work.) From WV management via email:

Makes me miss Durham - although I wish they had highlighted downtown Durham a bit more (DPAB and the Scrap Exchange are both mentioned though).
